Korea day 3

Early in the morning six o'clock sharp, was woken up by the morning call. Hastily packed up and changed as we were switching hotels and boarding a flight back to Seoul. We took the coach to a local restaurant to eat breakfast-abalone porridge. It tastes only so-so and there is no sign of abalone but only a little taste of the abalone.

After breakfast, we proceeded to the airport for a domestic flight back Seoul. When we reached the airport, we took another bus that leads to the airplane. We then climbed up the stairs leading up the plane. It was a cool experience, but it was cold and windy too. The flight back Seoul took 50 minutes but it was a little delayed, the luggage too. Seoul was -7 degrees celcius, same as the temperature when we reach Korea the first day. We then met our cameraman who will be joining us on the rest of our tour to help us take photos. Of course, he will be charging us 5000won for each photo we buy. We took the coach to Yeoju Premium Outlets which sells branded items, at a cheaper rate, I think. Its all over season items. I bought nothing there as I believe that we can get to shop till we drop on the last two days. We ate at the foodcourt there which requires us to buy food tickets and then we can collect our food at the stall. Godma ate pork chop while I ate udon. Then we ate haagen daz ice-cream, yummy. I love the caramel vanilla brownie flavored ice cream.

Free water dispenser. Metal cups are sanitised. After you have finished your drink, just drop them right in at the bin below the fridge.

After much shopping, we took a 3 hour coach ride to Mt Sorak. I slept through the whole while with my earphones plugged in. We had a break in between the journey. Got down for a toilet break and we bought some snacks and a cup of hot honey drink to warm ourselves up.

Then, we went for dinner at a BBQ house and had 韩式烤肉
We were told not to wear our coats as the smell of the BBQ will seep into our coats. We took off our shoes and sat down to eat. We had an enjoyable meal with our friendly tourguides and photographers waiting on us.

The mother and her filial son whom we shared the table with during our meals.

Vicky Jie and family. It was so cold that both Vincent and his Father tried to warm themselves up with the hot grill

Tried a sip of Soju after much encouragement from the adults. It was so BITTER

After we finished our meal, we proceeded to our hotel- Sorak Sun Valley Resort. It was condominium style, with a masterbed room, tatami room, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The apartment was so empty and quiet that I feel scared. We then went downstairs to the minimart to buy potable drinking water. There was no wifi and the PC facility in the resort was not opened, could not go on Facebook to chat with my ducky sister.

Cigarette vending machine-so cool! But doesn't this encourage underage people to buy?

Turned in early for the night, skiing the next day!
