Timbre+

I wanted to see what's the hype all about these days at Timbre+- the new container dining concept at One-North. Hence, me and pigg decided to check it out.  As soon as we reached the place, my anticipation dropped by half as it was so crowded (being a Saturday and dinner time somemore) but lucky for us, we got ourselves seats easier than big groups. The Betterfield Cafe

We ordered the medium one instead of the large one and I kind of regretted since it tasted so good. Every single fry is coated with truffle oil, and the fragrance of the truffle is subtle and not overpowering. I thereby crown the fries as one of the best truffle fries I had tried before and it also tasted better compared to the other dishes.  ...
