Alive Museum

Michelle has won four tickets to Alive Museum and was nice to invite me and Esther along! Thanks Mich! Even though I had been there before with pigg, it was still nice to go with a different group of people

Met up with Esther for lunch at Mos Burger Cafe before meeting mich and paul at the museum. We wanted to eat the Takoyaki but sadly, it closed down...

At the beginning I was still very awkward at posing for the photos even though there are no one except for us in the museum.

The first section is about famous people and I became a meal for Marilyn Monroe


I even got to appear on the big screen for Alive Museum productions, taking over the lion who have always been doing the job.


And I became so famous that all the others have to kowtow to me

Subsquently, I took over Ariel's role in The Little Mermaid before ending my acting career cos I realised I do not have a knack at it.


However, I did not stop meeting famous people and I almost got knocked down by them 


After my close escape, I prayed for my health, safety and also my grades! 


Stole a kiss with Spider-Man without pigg knowing 


However I got my karma and I was punished by almost getting drowned


Luckily I got saved by Mich and together, we try to patch the holes to prevent even more leakages


After so many ups and downs, we received a casting by the producer of Penguins to appear as a cameo in the movie


It was an adventure, to be able to soar like the penguins


However, during the trip, I got a little unhappy with the penguins and tried to push them down into the drain

However we soon made up and when they came to Singapore, I brought them around places


I even brought them to the iconic Merlion where they try to play by the Singapore River and got caught by the police and shipped back to Madagascar Zoo. That was the last time I saw them, Bye Penguins


After separating with the penguins, I got a lot of bad luck. First, I was almost the meal for an alligator.



Another misfortune happened as I tried to run away from zombies


On my way back, I got caught by a giant cat while trying to save a poor mouse


Mich saved me again by killing the cat and I managed to escape and we sailed away by a paper boat.


We landed at a basketball court where I became a giant while Mich became a minion in comparison.


Then we found the house in UP! and up, up, up, we go!


After we landed, a giraffe came by to visit and I finally had the chance to pet and feed it.


After so many ups and downs, I finally reunited with the penguins! And I managed to save them as they were trapped in a wall painting!


After saving the penguins, I became an angel!

Korea day 5

Time passes so fast when you are enjoying yourself. It is the fifth day in Korea. As usual, we packed up and left the resort in the morning to eat breakfast at the place we had our dinner the day before. I had quite a phobia that they will serve the fake "codfish" soup again as it does not taste nice at all. Luckily, the menu was beef stew soup but we do not eat beef so the soup was substituted with pork tonkatsu which is made with seafood. It does not taste appetising at all and I did not eat much as I am not used to eating rice for breakfast. I also hate having to eat mayonnaise with rice. It just tastes so...wierd...   After breakfast, we left for Everland. It opens at 9.30am but we reached there at about 10plus. We took a shuttle bus into the amusement park and took both group and solo photos at the entrance. Following that, we left to tour the park. Maki-San X Foodpanda

Literally rolled out of bed early for this Maki-San X FoodPanda event held at 112 Katong Maki-San's third outlet. Many thanks to Mich again for jio-ing me to this event since Paul could not make it  I've tried Maki-San once at their first Cathay outlet and I really enjoyed it and looked forward to rolling my own Makis at this event.  These days the trend is all about customization and insta-worthy food. Maki-San simply fulfill our need for novelty by allowing us to customize our very own makis with the toppings we like. Brown rice option is also available for the health conscious.  Really love the pretty and colorful packaging, which won several awards.  Even my friend brought home the boxes after eating > < Being early, we were the first to arrive at the event. We were given each a nice foodpanda apron to wear so that we will not dirty our clothes.    Mich is like a panda after suffering from insomnia last night ...

Korea day 6

In the morning after breakfast, we set off to some Korean Palace     This is my favorite picture   After that, we went to a crystal shop, gingseng shop and 肝保店. At the amethyst shop, we bought some amethyst keychains while at the gingseng shop, we bought some gingseng candy and stuff. After that, we went for lunch at a ship restaurant.     There, we had Korean Steamboat and...   Bibimbap! I always thought bibimbap would not taste nice as there is egg yolk and beef in it. But the authentic bibimbap just taste so delicious! With the simmering hot plate, you can cook your rice for a while, after that you can add condiments and the ikan bilis! It is just like pepper lunch, but nicer and tastier! And fun, as you can cook your own lunch and have it whilst its hot.     After lunch, we went to a facial shop where we were taught how to cleanse, tone, moisturise, and take car...
